当前，大数据技术已成为社会治理的关键支撑，但其在社区治理中的应用常伴随数据异化风险，如信息泄露阻碍治理现代化。本研究通过问卷调查，聚焦数据异化问题的认知度、对策效果评估及实施差异，剖析其影响机制。研究发现，完善相关法律制度是提升社区服务与管理效能的核心，构建数据异化控制模型可揭示其内在过程并验证对治理效果的负面效应。调查显示，居民对数据异化认知度较高，普遍关注个人数据安全，支持强化保护机制。

At present, big data technology has emerged as a pivotal underpinning for social governance. Nevertheless, its application in community governance is frequently accompanied by the risk of data alienation—for instance, information leakage impedes the modernization of governance processes. By adopting a questionnaire survey methodology, this study focuses on the awareness level of data alienation issues, the evaluation of countermeasure effectiveness, and disparities in implementation, so as to analyze its impact mechanism. The research findings indicate that the improvement of relevant legal systems constitutes the core for enhancing the efficiency of community service and management. The construction of a data alienation control model enables the revelation of its internal process and the verification of its negative effects on governance outcomes.Survey results demonstrate that residents possess a relatively high level of awareness regarding data alienation, generally attach importance to personal data security, and express support for the strengthening of protection mechanisms.
